Renting Application Instructions
- Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety.
- There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee, per applicant. Any occupant that is 18+ years old must apply and be listed as a tenant on the lease.
- Application fees can be paid with cash, certified check or money order. No personal checks, thank you.
- Please include two recent pay stubs and a copy of a valid driver’s license with your application.
- With an approved application, the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. A W-9 form will need to be completed to process your deposit.
- Pets are conditional and not accepted on all properties. If pets are accepted, the pet deposit is $250 and monthly pet rent usually varies between $25-50 monthly, per pet.
- The office is generally open on Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. If you are unable to drop off your application at this time, it may be dropped off trough our secure slot to the right of our door.
- Applications will not be processed until the application fee has been paid.
- Security deposits and the first month’s rent must be paid separately with certified bank checks or money orders. No cash or personal checks, thank you.
