A little bit about me...

I began in the Real Estate business in 2007 in the Property Management Division of our Firm. I attained my Agent’s license in 2009 and my Broker's license in 2012. As of January 1, 2013, I was promoted to Principal Broker at our Firm. My specialty is you, the client. I work in all aspects of Real Estate that our Firm is involved in: Residential Sales, Commercial Sales, Property Management, and Business Brokerage. To me, all aspects of Real Estate are the same because the end result is delivering what my client needs. I rely on our Brokers' extensive experience in assisting me. As my client, you will have access to decades of experience accumulated in our office at Bandazian & Company, Inc. I use my extensive knowledge of technology to maximize exposure of listings and a detailed data driven analysis for Sellers and Buyers to pinpoint the precise price point for each transaction. I will never give you an opinion or recommendation that is not based on clear, current, and accurate data. The markets change too quickly. One has to adapt to the market’s ever-changing moods. I regularly attend Real Estate classes to update my knowledge. I try to bring every experience of every transaction to you, my client, each time. I hire a professional photographer for all my listings — sales, rentals, business sales. I look forward to working with you. Call or email with any Real Estate related question. I will also entertain questions regarding single-barrel bourbon and hickory-wood-smoked barbecue. More about me (in order of importance): Father, Husband, Realtor, Musician, Writer, Church Organist, Piano Teacher, Oud Teacher, Connoisseur of single malt scotch and locally brewed libations.
