The central door and flanking storefront windows are boarded over, as are the second floor windows. Double-hung, wood frame, multi-light over single-pane windows in tripartite arrangements (12/1 flanked by 6/1 sidelights) fill the east and west bays of the third floor, but a single, segmental arched opening in the middle bay is partially boarded over.
